FARES AND PRICES

All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advises otherwise.

YOUR VOUCHER AND DEPARTURE POINT

Please present your voucher 30 minutes before departure to the staff at departure point of your charter tour. The location of the departure point can be found in the description of the charter tour and is stated on your booking confirmation. We can not be held responsible for clients showing up late for their charter tours.

AVAILABILITY

The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Charter Tour is confirmed when full payment is received.
Activity reservation require 50% deposit within 2 days to reserve booking
All activities must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival to confirm booking
Accommodation reservation require 50% deposit within 2 days to reserve booking
All accommodation must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival to confirm booking
Unpaid Activities and Accommodation will not be considered as a confirmed booking
Booking with arrival date less than 7 days require payment in full
All Quotes are valid for 48 hours from invoice date

We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Non-payment of deposit for reservations by due date will be cancelled without notice
Non-payment of balance due for reservations by due date will be cancelled without notice
Non-payment of balance due for reservations by due date are subject to cancellation fees
Cancellation fees - all cancellations must be made in writing and a notification reply must be received
25% admin fee will be charged on the total amount for any cancellations or postponements.
50% on the total amount will be charged for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival
100% will be charged on the total amount for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival.
No refund/credit for non-arrival or early departures
Activities:
Credits will only be passed for activities cancelled by Gozo Azul or a valid medical reason
Credits are valid for 3 months from date of credit note and are not exchangeable for cash nor transferable.
No credits or refunds will be passed for activities on special priced packages or bulk deals not used within
start and end dates of the special or the period the offer was booked for
